The Product Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility across all digital platforms. Responsibilities include developing social media strategies, conducting market research, designing marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing social media channels, analyzing campaign performance, overseeing community management, and staying updated on digital marketing trends. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives across distributed teams and engage with online communities to build brand advocacy.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within crypto, Web3, blockchain, or fintech industries.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher for business communication and content review.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
  • Experience with community engagement in Web3-native environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and product goals.
    • Conduct market research and analyze target audience behavior to inform marketing tactics.
    • Design and execute creative and innovative marketing campaigns across social platforms to increase reach and engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, content, customer support) to ensure marketing alignment with company objectives.
    • Manage and monitor social media channels, including content planning and publishing, to maintain consistent brand messaging.
    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools to optimize strategies.
    • Oversee community management, including active engagement with followers, responding to inquiries, and encouraging positive brand interaction.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the social media landscape.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a similar role (Marketing Strategist, Digital Marketing Lead) within crypto, Web3, blockchain, or fintech industries.
    • English proficiency at B2 level or higher — capable of confident business communication and content review.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) and CRM platforms.
    • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
    • Experience with community engagement in Web3-native environments (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Telegram).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead initiatives across distributed teams.
