About This Role:
College Press – Zimbabwe is seeking an Production Administrator to join our Operations Team, based in Harare. You will play a role managing print procurement, coordinating deliveries, maintaining production records, and ensuring supplier compliance with company policies and audit standards.
Role Responsibilities
Get all authorised comparative and costing schedules properly secured and stored.
Prepare costing schedules for review and approval.
Prepare necessary System Print Purchase Orders, delivery priorities and other Departmental Purchase requisitions.
Follow up and reconcile Printers’ deliveries and Invoices against POs and Quotations.
Prepare print schedules, stock reports and deliveries reports.
Carry out system PO receipts and process Printers’ payments documents for authorisation and payment by Finance.
Coordinate deliveries of books and paper into the warehouse.
Update and secure a record of all Print Orders, Print Requirement Schedule, Production records & files, print versions by Printer and tracking record of files sent to Printers
Preparing requested tender and bid documents specifications.
Getting all suppliers sign required NDAs, Business partner code of conduct and service level Agreements
Process and register print suppliers on Group SNICS platform loading respective documentation.
Experience , Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance/Data Analysis or a related field (Advantegous)
Computer literacy in MS Office Suite
At least 2 years in Finance/Data Analysis/Business Management
Strong communication & organisational skills
Maintain confidentiality and integrity
Ability to work under pressure and self-starter
Understanding of Syspro (advantageous)
