Program Manager

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring a Program Manager for a fully remote, 4–6 month W2 contract opportunity with a leading cryptocurrency company.

Our client is seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead marketing operations, support CRM initiatives, and drive high-impact incentives and growth campaigns. This role will play a key part in implementing standardized processes, optimizing tools, and supporting a rapidly scaling marketing team.

Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale, complex, cross-functional marketing programs.
• Develop comprehensive program strategies with clear objectives, guiding principles, and success metrics.
• Enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks by creating detailed playbooks, training materials, and process guides.
• Proactively identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies, collaborating with senior stakeholders to propose effective solutions.
• Establish a framework for accountability across programs, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Create a roadmap for improved tooling and automation, including the integration of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Program Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years in program management within the tech industry, focusing on large-scale, cross-functional programs.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement scalable solutions to systemic challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of facilitating discussions with senior stakeholders and driving results.
