As a Program Manager, Transformation and Operations Excellence at Google, you'll lead and mentor a team in delivering high-impact programs improving operational efficiency and quality across the Geo team. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of program managers to deliver high-impact programs that improve operational efficiency, enhance quality, and optimize processes across the team.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, track progress, and measure the impact of quality and efficiency programs on key metrics.
  • Lead innovation and the adoption of industry best practices in program management and process excellence within the team.
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of program managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and growth.
  • Communicate program strategies, progress, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders, advocating for the quality and efficiency function within the team.
