Job Description

The Project Coordinator schedules installation calls for retail and financial customers, coordinating all aspects of installation, de-installation, and site survey requests for Global Accounts. This role involves extensive communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution from site visit to final handover. Key responsibilities include scheduling activities, overall project management, adherence to processes, and achieving deliveries within set timeframes. The coordinator monitors vendor performance, manages customer issues, and captures essential asset information for billing, representing NCR positively throughout.
Must have:
  • Schedule installation calls for Retail & Financial customers.
  • Coordinate installation, de-installation, and site survey requests for Global Accounts.
  • Coordinate and communicate with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Resolve or escalate customer/vendor concerns immediately.
  • Responsible for scheduling customer installation activities.
  • Manage projects and plan effectively, adhering to processes and systems.
  • Plan and strive to achieve deliveries within allotted timeframes.
  • Coordinate and monitor vendor performance to maintain timeframes.
  • Understand and perform Customer/Vendor Scope of Services, escalating issues as needed.
  • Build working relationships and informal communication channels with customer accounts.
  • Take ownership of all customer issues/needs and act appropriately.
  • Represent NCR positively, reflecting well on the company's image.
  • Capture detailed customer asset information for invoicing and billing.

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

To schedule Installation calls for SPA Retail & Financial customers. Coordinate specific aspects of the installation, de-installation and site survey requests associated with Global Accounts. Software/Hardware Installations (i.e. routers, modems, workstations, PCs, laptops, printers, etc.) for our customers or third-party customers.

  • Position involves coordination & communication with customers, different vendors or within team members from site visit to handing over to customers with complete installation of deliverables
  • Respond immediately to customer or vendor concerns/problems by resolving them or by escalating them to appropriate stakeholders
  • Responsible for scheduling customer installation activity
  • Overall Project Management & Planning capability (Adherence to processes and systems and smooth functioning without follow-ups)
  • Constant planning and effort to achieve deliveries within allotted time frame
  • Coordinating and monitoring the performance of vendors in maintaining the timeframe
  • Understands and performs the various Customers/Vendors Scope of Services and elevates/ escalates issues when appropriate and/or according to established procedures
  • Build working relationships with customers and develop informal communication channels with customer account at the local level. Responsible for ownership of all customer issues/needs that are voiced or observed and acts appropriately
  • Represents NCR in a manner that reflects positively on the image and reputation of the company
  • Responsible for capturing detailed customer asset information and other data required to complete any invoicing or billing activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Computer-literate in MS Office applications
  • Experience in Front-Line Customer Service environment
  • Good organisational skills and able to work well independently and within a team
  • Preferred with Good Power BI Skills
