Job Description

Publicis Warsaw, a leading advertising agency in Poland and part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Project Coordinator. The role involves implementing digital and social media projects, ensuring smooth communication and cooperation across agency departments, controlling budgets, monitoring project profitability, and creating essential project documentation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of agency experience, strong client relationship skills, and a C1 level of English, contributing to the agency's culture of curiosity and innovation.

Must Have:
  • Implement digital and social media projects

  • Minimum 2 years of similar experience in an advertising agency/media house

Responsibilities

Your tasks:

  • Implementation of digital and social media projects;
  • Efficient communication and cooperation with all agency departments: strategy, creation, design, and production;
  • Budget control and supervision of current project profitability;
  • Creation of presentations, cost estimates, schedules, project summaries;
  • Ensuring the quality and timeliness of implemented projects.

Qualifications

Apply if:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of similar experience gained in an advertising agency/media house;
  • You have the ability to build partnership relations with the Client;
  • You are characterized by courage in action and expressing your opinion;
  • You are oriented towards news from the digital world;
  • You are characterized by a positive attitude;
  • You are engaged and experienced in conducting multi-touchpoint campaigns;
  • You know English at C1 level.
