Job Description

The Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services, with operations divided into four business sectors. Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (BGSV) is a wholly-owned subsidiary focused on end-to-end Engineering, IT, and Business Solutions. BGSV is seeking an Internship Project Management Associate to support process-related tasks, documentation, and administrative duties. The role involves managing meeting invitations, preparing workshops, recording minutes, and maintaining team websites. Additionally, the intern will support organizational activities like engagement and newcomer support, act as a Key User for internal applications, and assist with ad-hoc tasks. This internship offers an opportunity to learn various internal and external tools and applications for maintaining project information in Project Management Information Systems.
Must have:
  • Undergraduate student in Economics, Business Management, or Linguistics
  • Able to work full-time for 6 months
  • Good English and Japanese communication skills (N3+ preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn and proactive mindset
  • Diligent, enthusiastic, and self-confident
  • Possess Time Management and Follow-up skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented

Job Description

The Internship Project Management Associate will:

  • Support process related tasks and documentation
  • Proceed administrative tasks such as sending meeting invitations, preparing workshops, recording meeting minutes, following-up non-project pending points, and managing team’s internal websites
  • Support Organizational activities: engagement, buddy, newcomer support, automation documentation, etc
  • Play a Key User role in one or multiple internal application(s)
  • Support other ad-hoc tasks
  • Learn various internal and external tools/applications to understand how project information is properly maintained in the Project Management Information Systems.

Qualifications

  • Must be undergraduate student at university with Economics, Business management or Linguistic background
  • Able to work full-time in 6 months.
  • Good communication, verbal and written both in English and Japanese (N3 or higher is preferable)
  • Good at using Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)
  • Willing to learn, high teamwork spirit, proactive mindset
  • Diligent, enthusiastic, and self-confident to meet deadlines
  • Possess Time Management skill and Follow-up skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
