We’re hiring a Project Manager III for a remote opportunity with our client. In this role, you’ll serve as an Agile Specialist, working closely with the Manager of Agile Practices and key stakeholders to drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and address technical challenges across the organization. You’ll play a central role in facilitating team collaboration, optimizing workflows, and supporting Agile best practices to enhance overall performance and delivery. There is no application deadline for this role.### Project Manager III Responsibilities:* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.* Lead continuous planning efforts, ensuring visibility and alignment with a rolling quarterly plan for supported teams.* Manage engineering team schedules, ensuring effective resource allocation and alignment with project milestones.* Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.* Identify and remove obstacles that may impede team progress.* Advocate for Agile best practices and provide education to enhance team performance.* Coordinate communication across teams, departments, and stakeholders.* Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to manage and prioritize the product backlog.* Ensure engineers have the necessary product requirements and UX designs to meet deadlines.* Support JIRA management and other relevant tools for the teams.* Provide performance metrics such as burndown charts and velocity tracking to inform decision-making.### Project Manager III Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.* Over 5 years of experience in an Agile environment, with proficiency in methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.* Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.### Perks & Benefits:* Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.* Life Insurance.* 401(k) Program.* Commuter Benefit.* eLearning & Ongoing Training.* Education Reimbursement.*Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
