Project Manager/Scrum Master

• Processes supervision and adjustment on need, make sure they are transparent both inside and outside and are being followed;

• Drive Product team interests across communication with other PMs, teams, take part in solving process issues proactively;

• Involve and follow several projects at the top level in parallel;

• Communicate with internal stakeholders, organize and manage meetings, making meeting notes;

• Prepare various types of presentations based on team performance data, financial and efficiency metrics;

• Plan sprints of the Web Development team;

• Plan capacity of the Web Development team;

• Evaluate the performance and improve the effectiveness of the Web Development team.

We need your professional experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management;

• Knowledge of proper facilitation techniques of different types of activities like Workshops, Brainstorms, Ideation, Retro’s, etc;

• Ability to work competently with backlog, understanding of business priorities and technical complexity of tasks;

• Advanced knowledge of Jira & Confluence;

• Understanding of Agile processes;

• Basic understanding of gambling industry;

• Ability to work with multiple projects and tasks;

• At least Intermediate level of English;

• Degree in one of the fields of economics/finance/management/computer science would be an advantage;

• Basic knowledge of Tableau is optional.
