UI/UX Product Designer

JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is seeking a UI/UX Product Designer with proven expertise in creating exceptional digital experiences for iGaming and sports betting platforms. This role involves designing the interface and user journeys of an online betting site, rather than developing the games themselves. You’ll craft intuitive, visually striking designs that make complex betting features feel seamless and engaging.

Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, you’ll deliver designs that combine usability, compliance, and entertainment — helping a leading casino & gaming operator elevate their digital betting experience.

Please note: A minimum of 4+ years as a UI/UX product designer and a portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Design and deliver high-quality UX/UI solutions for responsive web and mobile betting platforms.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual mockups tailored to iGaming and sports betting.
• Translate complex betting mechanics (e.g., odds, bet slips, live/in-play wagering) into intuitive, engaging interfaces.
• Apply user-centered design principles to maximize player engagement, retention, and navigation clarity.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals, technical feasibility, and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with responsible gaming practices and jurisdictional requirements.
• Stay current on industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies to keep designs fresh and competitive.

EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in iGaming, sports betting, or digital entertainment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design (research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design).
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Experience designing for responsive web, native mobile apps (iOS & Android), and dashboards.
• Understanding of sports betting UX flows: odds displays, bet slips, live betting, and in-play features.
• Familiarity with UI patterns, accessibility standards, and localization best practices.
• Ability to simplify complex data sets and features into clear, intuitive user interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a drive for excellence.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for casino products (slots, live dealer, poker).
• Background in motion design or micro-animations to enhance engagement.
• Knowledge of gamification techniques applied to betting platforms.
