WinZO Values: Integrity, Excellence, Perseverance, Fine Judgement, Agility About the Role: As the Promo Producer, you will be the creative and strategic force behind how WinZO TV's content is discovered and consumed. You will own the full promotional lifecycle, from ideation and production to on-platform scheduling and performance analysis. Your primary goal is to drive awareness and tune-in to our original series through compelling, high-impact promotional spots and campaigns. This role requires a leader who is as much a creative storyteller and hands-on producer as they are a data-driven marketer. You will work at the intersection of content, product, and growth, ensuring that every piece of our content is seen by the right audience at the right time. What you will do: * Promotional Strategy & Ownership: Define and own the end-to-end promotional strategy for all original series and key content. This includes developing core promotional concepts and managing a high-volume production pipeline to deliver on a robust content calendar. * Creative Oversight: Provide creative direction and final approval for all promotional content, including trailers, teasers, and short-form spots. You will ensure every promo not only drives views but also strengthens the brand's identity and voice. * Audience Targeting & A/B Testing: Use performance data and user insights to guide your strategy. You will A/B test different creative concepts, messaging, and on-platform placements to optimize for the highest possible click-through and completion rates. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Content and Product teams to align promotional campaigns with the content roadmap. You will serve as the primary link between creative and technical teams, ensuring that on-air promos are seamlessly integrated into the user experience. * Performance Analysis & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators and metrics for all promotional campaigns. You will analyze the results and provide regular reports to senior leadership, using data to justify creative decisions and inform future strategies. * Ecosystem Management: Build and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and freelancers to scale production and maintain a high standard of quality for all promotional assets. What you should have: * Proven experience in a promotions, creative marketing, or brand strategy role. Experience with short-form or vertical video is a significant advantage. * A strong portfolio that shows you can tell a compelling story in seconds. You have a deep understanding of pacing, music, and hooks that resonate with a digital-first audience. * You are a business driver. You are comfortable with data and performance metrics and use them to justify creative decisions and optimize future campaigns. * A track record of leading projects and influencing stakeholders without direct authority. You are a master collaborator who can unify creative and technical teams. * You have a strong understanding of the tools of the trade. You are knowledgeable about video editing software and how to optimize content for mobile delivery. * You are exceptionally organized and can manage a high-volume production pipeline to meet tight deadlines. * You have a comprehensive understanding of the digital content landscape, particularly in India and emerging markets. You are an authority on the latest trends and viral strategies.
