Job Description
This role involves planning and managing the official websites and promotional pages for Smilegate's published games, targeting a global audience. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, identifying improvement areas, and enhancing user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in game/platform-related web service planning, showcasing expertise in both quantitative and qualitative user understanding. They will proactively lead the planning and operation of online products and services, contributing to a better user experience across games and platforms. Global service planning experience in game services and game platform service planning is highly preferred.

- 퍼블리싱 게임의 공식홈페이지, 프로모션 페이지 기획 및 제작 관리를 담당합니다.
- 담당 제품의 최적의 사용성 제공을 위해 문제를 진단하고, 과제를 도출하여 유저의 만족도를 높이는 역할을 담당합니다
- 게임과 플랫폼에 필요한 서비스의 더 나은 유저 경험을 위해 고민합니다.
자격요건
- 4년 이상의 게임/플랫폼 관련 웹서비스 기획 경험이 있는 분
필요역량
- 온라인 제품 및 서비스의 기획과 운영을 주도적으로 수행한 경험이 있는 분
- 유저에 대한 정량/정성적인 이해를 기반으로 문제를 진단하고 서비스를 향상시킬 수 있는 분
- 게임/플랫폼에 대한 관심과 이해가 있는 분
우대사항
- 게임 공식홈페이지, 프로모션 페이지, 플랫폼 등 서비스기획 경험이 있으신 분
- 게임 서비스 관련 글로벌 서비스 기획 경험이 있으신 분
- 게임 플랫폼 서비스 기획 경험이 있으신 분
