Job Summary

Job Description

The role involves ensuring necessary actions for non-conforming products requiring root cause analysis and disposition with imported suppliers. You will be responsible for the accuracy of physical and systemic inventory of non-conforming products and work on anti-reincidence actions with stakeholders for mitigation plans to reduce the cost of non-quality. The internship is within the Material Receiving Quality team.
Must have:
  • Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering student (graduating 2027)
  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge of quality tools (Ishikawa, PDCA, 5W2H, 5S)
  • Intermediate Office Package knowledge
  • Power BI knowledge
Good to have:
  • Conducting material receiving inspections
  • Ensuring segregation of non-conforming products
  • Handling non-conforming products from imported suppliers
  • Managing sector monitoring indicators
  • Elaborating and updating control plans
  • Participating in global quality meetings

Como você irá fazer a diferença?

Como membro do time de Qualidade de Recebimento de Materiais, você será responsável por: Garantir as ações necessárias para tratativa de produtos não conformes que demandarão análise da causa raiz e disposição junto aos fornecedores importados; Assegurar a acuracidade do inventário físico e sistêmico dos produtos não conformes que estão sob a resposabilidade do time da Qualidade;  Trabalhar em ações antireincidentes junto aos stakeholders como plano de mitigação para redução do custo da não Qualidade.

O que queremos saber sobre você?

·       Cursando Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, Produção e afins com previsão de formatura para 2027.

·       Inglês avançado

·       Conhecimento em ferramentas da qualidade (diagrama de ishikawa, PDCA, 5W2H, 5S, etc).

·       Conhecimento intermediário em pacote office.

·       Conhecimento em Power BI

Como será o seu dia-a-dia?

·       Conduzir inspeções de recebimento de materiais no almoxarifado dos itens que possuem controles obrigatórios;

·       Garantir a separação e segregação dos produtos não conformes na área de quarentena;

·       Realizar tratativas junto ao time da Qualidade da Wabtec global para produtos não conformes de fornecimento importado;

·       Fazer a gestão dos indicadores de monitoramento do setor (NCMR, SCRAP, ANAQ Quality, etc); 

·       Elaborar e atualizar planos de controle dos itens que possuem inspeção obrigatória;

·       Participar de reuniões semanais com o time da Qualidade Global e apresentar as principais não conformidades identificadas no Brasil.
