Responsible for monitoring, providing responses, and action plans to customer or CSE reports related to the quality of our product. Responsible for coordinating the multifunctional team to analyze and define action plans for quality problems notified by the customer. This role is the first point of contact with CSEs.
- Respond to and follow up on quality reports issued by the customer.
- Provide customer support in assembly plants when required.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and DBS procedures, as well as compliance with quality objectives.
- Ensure the implementation of corrective actions for internal, external, and system quality problems.
- Keep quality reports updated, deployed, and ensure their submission (where applicable).
- Active member of the value chain.
- Ensure that responses to supplier feedback are appropriate and timely.
- Generate cost recoveries for costs incurred by the plant due to raw material quality problems.
- Promote preventive actions to avoid accidents.
- Generate supplier performance reports.
- Administer internal control checklists.
- Follow up and ensure that expenses due to supplier problems are recovered by the plant through Covisint cost recoveries.
