Job Description
Assisting quality engineers with customer complaints and preliminary defect analysis. Capable of independently writing 8D reports. Involved in on-site quality control and analysis of online defects. Driving production and other departments to improve quality. Understanding of QRQC and on-site improvement tracking. Other tasks assigned by leadership. Requirements include 3-5 years of product quality inspection experience, a college degree or higher, familiarity with injection molding defect analysis and handling, basic customer complaint processing, and willingness to work overtime.

岗位职责：
协助质量工程师处理客户投诉,需要具备初步不良品分析能力；
能独立进行8D报告撰写；
协助工程师进行现场质量控制并具备在线不良品的分析和处理；
协助工程师驱动生产部门及其它部门完成质量提升及改善；
理解QRQC并能进行现场改善追踪；
其他领导指派任务。
录用条件：
3-5年产品质量检验经验；
大专及以上学历；
熟悉注塑产品不良分析和处理；
会简单的客诉处理；
能配合公司业务量加班。
