We are seeking a skilled and driven Software Team Leader to take the helm in designing and developing a cutting-edge Secrets Management product. This leadership position offers the opportunity to shape architectural direction, guarantee secure and high-quality code, and guide a team of engineers in delivering a robust, scalable, and secure solution. Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of the Secrets Management product, managing a software engineering team throughout the entire development lifecycle, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet scope and standards. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to align development with product priorities, mentoring the team to foster continuous growth, and championing engineering best practices such as code reviews, automated testing, and high-quality design are also crucial aspects of this role.
Must have:
