As an Event & Conference-Focused Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the primary representative of Ember at healthcare industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Your core responsibility will be to establish genuine connections with potential clients in real-time, educate them on how Ember can improve their operations, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. This role is for individuals who thrive in dynamic, high-energy environments, enjoy interacting with people, and excel at transforming conversations into business opportunities. You will represent Ember at various healthcare events nationwide, engage with healthcare professionals to generate high-quality leads, and effectively communicate Ember's mission and solutions. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing is key for event strategy, material preparation, and post-event lead follow-up. You will also be responsible for qualifying leads, identifying customer pain points, booking meetings, and reporting on event performance, lead quality, and return on investment (ROI). Travel to attend conferences and events will be required.
