Job Description

You will be part of a team of a dozen engineers responsible for algorithmic studies, designing and developing processing prototypes or operational software components, and evaluating their performance. Application areas include airborne radar processing (Air/Air modes), electronic warfare processing (detection, sorting, tracking, localization, identification of intercepted radar signals), and situation awareness processing (tracking, data fusion). You will design, develop, specify, and integrate algorithms (signal processing, information processing, statistical processing) applicable to embedded combat or intelligence systems. Projects are team-based, and algorithms are developed using synthetic and then real data.
Good To Have:
  • Team spirit
  • Clarity of expression
  • Curiosity
  • Innovation capacity
  • Rigor
  • Autonomy
Must Have:
  • Define and specify algorithms or algorithm evolutions for combat aircraft self-protection systems
  • Participate in the integration and validation of these algorithms using simulations and then flight-recorded data
  • Contribute to business capitalization (software, simulation and test tools, documents)
Perks:
  • Success driven by our technological excellence, your experience, and our shared ambition
  • An attractive compensation package
  • Continuous skills development: training courses, internal academies, and communities

You will be integrated into a team of about a dozen engineers (multi-skilled and/or experts) who are responsible for conducting algorithmic studies, designing and developing processing prototypes or even operational software components (the algorithms actually embedded in operational systems), and evaluating their performance. The application areas covered by the department are: airborne radar processing (in particular Air/Air modes), electronic warfare processing (detection, sorting, tracking, localization, identification of intercepted radar signals, ...), situation awareness processing (tracking, data fusion ...). We are looking for a person who will design, develop, specify, and integrate algorithms (signal processing, information processing, statistical processing, ...) applicable to embedded combat or intelligence systems. Projects are carried out in a team, and algorithms are developed using synthetic data and then real data.

As such, in an integrated team with software engineering and system engineering teams, you will be entrusted with the following main missions:

  • Define and specify algorithms or algorithm evolutions for combat aircraft self-protection systems
  • Participate in the integration and validation of these algorithms using simulations and then flight-recorded data
  • Contribute to business capitalization (software, simulation and test tools, documents)

Your profile:

With a higher education in applied mathematics, statistics, signal processing, information processing, you have experience in the study and development of embedded processing.

You have a good command of computer tools and the C language.

You are recognized for your team spirit, your clarity of expression, your curiosity as well as your capacity for innovation, your rigor, and autonomy.
