We are seeking an R&D Engineer to drive innovation by developing predictive models and forecasting measurement outcomes to enhance the design and reliability of advanced electronic systems. Responsibilities include creating predictive models, building automation pipelines for data analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering tools to improve system reliability, efficiency, and scalability. Candidates should have experience in engineering domains like RF or semiconductor, and a proven ability to translate data-driven insights into practical engineering improvements.
Must have:
  • Create predictive models to simulate and forecast system behavior under diverse operating conditions.
  • Build automation pipelines for large-scale data analysis, simulation, and experiment tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the real-world engineering workflows.
  • Deliver tools that improve system reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Experience in engineering domains (e.g., RF, semiconductor, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data-driven insights into practical engineering improvements.
  • PhD degree in electrical engineering/mechanical engineering with 3+ years of direct industrial experience or Master’s degree in electrical engineering/mechanical engineering 6+ years of direct industrial experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $192,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
