About the Opportunity
is looking for a to join our team.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Unloading and sorting incoming shipments from carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Unpacking products and breaking down boxes
- Processing customer and Retail store returns
- Generating SKUs and attaching them to checked-in items
- Scanning and moving products from location to location
- Serving as the backup for the Courier when the main Courier is out. Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Driving the company's Sprinter van to/from different facilities when the main Courier is absent to deliver products and pick up anything that needs to come back to headquarters
- Occasionally, driving their personal vehicle to and from the Carlsbad Outlets location to pick up any orders to ship [when additional pickups are requested]
- Ensuring pickups and deliveries are completed safely, promptly, and with the utmost courtesy
- Organizing and maintaining proper storage of products to be transported
- Maintaining communication with their supervisor as well as store managers regarding pickups, dropoffs, and ETA to locations
- Working with the main Courier & Facilities team whenever there are requests to run/move furniture and/or other products from location to location
- Other tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Prior retail or operational experience handling product
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift/carry up to 75+ lbs
- Ability to meet KPI’s and department goals
- Proven experience multitasking and being detail oriented/ Organized
- Ability to work some nights, weekends, or holidays with advance notice
- Prior experience verifying invoices and shipping list - Preferred
- Previous experience using handheld device - Preferred

Pay Rate:
- Pay Rate: This position begins at $19.00/HR for all New Hires.
