Job Description
The Digital Client Channels Workstream of the Phoenix Platforms Program covers all aspects of digital customer interfaces in web and mobile channels, including required backends. The project aims to establish a CB Germany platform supporting all CB client segments, from natural persons to MNCs, and to support strategic integration to RFT for future products. It also seeks to scale BizBanking into other EU markets through basic and fully digital offerings. The objective is to increase scalability, CTB- and process-efficiency by moving CB Germany customers onto strategic core banking systems. Responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring infrastructure, supporting the team in infrastructure and continuous delivery, and ensuring controls integration and compliance.

The project aims to: - Establish a CB Germany platform, which supports the entire CB client segments, from natural persons to MNCs. - Support a strategic integration to RFT for future products - Scale BizBanking into other EU markets through basic and fully digital offering The objective of the Project is to: Increase scalability, CTB- and process-efficiency by moving CB Germany customers onto strategic core banking systems.
