A Bit About You:

Gameopedia is seeking a passionate and experienced Release Manager to join our team in shaping the future of the gaming industry. As a leading online platform for gamers and businesses, we are dedicated to creating life-changing experiences by empowering players and connecting them with the games and opportunities they love.

In this role, you will:

• Manage Release Cycles: Develop and manage the release schedule, ensuring timely and smooth delivery of software updates and new features.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Agile Teams: Work closely with engineering, product management, QA, and operations to ensure the execution of the agile practice in the delivery teams such as standups, retrospective and release planning.
• Implement Release Processes: Establish and enforce release processes and policies to ensure consistency and quality across all releases.
• Facilitate Communication: Act as a central point of contact for all release-related communications, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

You are a perfect fit if you:

• Have 7+ years of experience in Release Management with a proven track record of delivering at scale in a product-based company and startups.
• Possess the ability to think big, but at the same time break problems down into smaller components, and build toward high-level roadmaps.
• Have strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Have excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Advanced experience with GitHub Actions, Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with AWS.
