We are seeking a Senior Release Managerto join our Central team located onsite in Bellevue.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Coordinate the release, configuration, and change management for the preparation, planning and
implementation of software builds. - Build launch readiness standards to establish a predictable scalable process across portfolio of games.
- Contribute to the submission processes for all first-party platforms
- Utilize 1st party developer portal sites, SDKs, and tools to document and communicate project status and scheduling at a high level.
- Contribute to a portfolio of products with a focus on the release roadmap and successfully negotiate competing timelines.
- Contribute to discussions on the release process technical limitations, scope, and scheduling.
- Solicit and incorporate high-level feedback on all aspects of work.
- Work closely with and build relationships with stakeholders, product managers and other support teams to gather requirements and execute on the release process at a high level.
- Utilize tracking software (ie. JIRA, Favro) to track work and efforts of release process.
- Act as a point of contact for the submission process for all first-party platforms.
- Mentor others individuals and teams around release process and best practices.
- Implement standards around roadmaps, delivery tools, release package adherence, and milestone checkpoints for release coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Extensive industry experience or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 year of experience shipping games for a Publishing or Game Studio organization
preferred. - Proficient with 1st party developer portal sites, SDKs, and tools within games.
- Preferred experience releasing on the major console platform stores (Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo) as well as leading PC store platforms.
- Preferred proficiency and knowledge of production tracking project tracking software (ie. JIRA, Favro).
- Advanced knowledge of game development methodologies (ie. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), production life cycle and project management.
- High level knowledge to uphold TRC, TCR, and NSG (Lotcheck) guidelines.

Compensation:
- This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, exempt (salaried) position.
- The full salary range for this position is $117,000 - $177,000 per year. The upper third of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time. When an offer is made, many factors are considered, such as your unique experience and skills, where you live, where the work will be performed, what similar jobs pay, internal equity, and what you're looking for.
- In addition to base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for additional incentives, such as a sign-on bonus and short- and long-term incentives. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
