Description
THE ROLE:
ProbablyMonsters is seeking a Senior Publishing Producer who is experienced in establishing and running production processes, organizing and presenting schedules and data, and facilitating communication for a multidisciplinary organization, including both internal and external teams to launch our games. This position will help refine internal publishing production practices across multiple teams.

- A capable problem solver accustomed to managing multiple tasks & projects to completion while navigating opposing demands and priorities.

- Ability to work across various levels and disciplines
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Simultaneously direct multiple publishing-focused projects on internal games, fostering strong development team and central team relationships to ensure timely, high-quality releases
- Establish and improve processes, create standardized documentation, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure project predictability and consistency
- Oversee and coordinate the publishing components that directly impact bringing our games to market
- Unify multiple departments and teams effectively toward a specific set of goals
- Contribute to the growth of the business, whether through improving group-wide processes or sharing their institutionalized knowledge
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, risk logs, plans, timelines, and reports, ensuring transparency and effective communication across the business and wider organization
- Develop and manage budgets and schedules, track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to milestones and quality targets
- Coordinate with internal support partners, such as Marketing, Creative Services, Release Management, QA, Engineering, and Analytics, to ensure alignment and timely execution of milestone deliverables
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience in internal or external game development or publishing, with a production focus
- Ability to problem solve and execute on solution in a fast-paced timeframe
- Experience building and managing relationships with development teams, vendors, internal teams, and external resources
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), time and project management skills
- Recent experience shipping console & PC titles and detailed knowledge of those platforms
- Ability to assess quality and foresee challenges at all phases of product development
- Expected to identify and then take ownership of any responsibilities that lie within the scope of the project and are not currently assigned

Compensation:
- This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, exempt (salaried) position.
- The full salary range for this position is $95,000 - $138,000 per year. The upper third of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time. When an offer is made, many factors are considered, such as your unique experience and skills, where you live, where the work will be performed, what similar jobs pay and internal equity.
In addition to base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for additional incentives, such as short- and long-term incentives. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
