As we continue to evolve, we are looking for an experienced UX Researcher who can take ownership of their work, solve complex product challenges, and help shape the future of our platform.

THE TEAM

You’ll be joining Eventbrite’s Product Research Team, a passionate duo dedicated to creating best-in-class experiences. We work collaboratively with Product, Design, and Engineering to understand user needs and evaluate solutions for our event creators and attendees.

THE ROLE

As a UX Researcher, you’ll play a pivotal role in uncovering and interpreting insights that shape intuitive, high-quality experiences for event creators and attendees. By partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate research findings into strategic recommendations that align user needs with business objectives, ensuring our products are not just functional but also delightful and impactful. You’ll be joining at an exciting time where your expertise will help shape future best practices.

YOU WILL:

  • Develop integrated research plans that combine various methodologies
  • Select methods tailored to project goals and timelines, balancing qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Clearly articulate how both qualitative and quantitative data types inform product decisions, ensuring stakeholders understand the impact
  • Craft research roadmaps that align with the product objectives and company strategies
  • Present research outcomes using concise reports, data visualizations, and presentations for maximum stakeholder clarity
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and client success teams to integrate research insights into product strategy
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping stakeholders interpret findings to align user needs with business objectives
  • Advocate for empathy-driven practices across the organization, ensuring user needs remain at the core of product development
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse participants in research studies, including outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups

THE SKILL SET

  • 4+ years of experience in UX research or user insights
  • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, capable of integrating these approaches into cohesive strategies
  • Strong ability to synthesize diverse data into clear, actionable insights that drive product decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying research findings
  • Experience managing the research lifecycle, including participant recruitment and post-study analysis
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to integrate research into the product development process
  • Proficient in statistical methods and data analysis tools for interpreting quantitative data
  • Strong familiarity with research, design, and product tools such as Dscout, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Dscout, Figma, Rally UXR, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Heap
  • Experience working across multiple time zones
