Kavaliro is seeking a Resource Coordinator to support internal and external customers by ensuring the right people, tools, and processes are in place for successful project delivery. This high-impact role involves recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating employee assignments, managing training and IT tools, handling payroll coordination, and supporting workforce planning. The ideal candidate will collaborate across HR, payroll, and operations, contributing to the overall growth and success of the team.
Must have:
- Recruit, onboard, and coordinate employee assignments with customers
- Ensure employees have required training, IT tools, and uniforms
- Manage assignments and data entry in Salesforce
- Handle payroll coordination, evaluations, and performance follow-up
- Collaborate with colleagues across HR, payroll, and operations
- Support workforce planning, forecasting, and resource needs
- Author and update policies and procedures as needed
- 3+ years of experience in a related role
