Fictiv is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative to expand its global customer base, with a primary focus on the U.S. market. The role encompasses the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and lead generation to closing orders. The successful candidate will conduct virtual meetings, present products, understand customer needs, and prepare proposals, collaborating with internal teams and international clients to meet sales targets.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial equipment sales
  • Technical background or ability to understand product specifications
  • Exposure to international logistics or export processes
Must Have:
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and referrals
  • Conduct virtual meetings and product presentations for potential and existing clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts in coordination with U.S. sales and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Monitor inbound lead channels (website forms, email campaigns, webinar sign-ups, content downloads, etc.)
  • Ensure timely first contact, typically within minutes to a few hours of lead generation
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • 3–5 years of B2B / B2C sales experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience working with U.S. or international clients
  • Ability to work across all US time zones
  • Familiarity with CRM software and remote communication tools
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and referrals
  • Conduct virtual meetings and product presentations for potential and existing clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts in coordination with U.S. sales and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Monitor inbound lead channels (website forms, email campaigns, webinar sign-ups, content downloads, etc.)
  • Ensure timely first contact, typically within minutes to a few hours of lead generation
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of B2B / B2C sales experience, preferably selling technical or industrial products
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience working with U.S. or international clients
  • Ability to work across all US time zones
  • Familiarity with CRM software and remote communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • Working Hours: U.S. time zones (EST/PST), with some flexibility

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial equipment sales
  • Technical background or ability to understand product specifications
  • Exposure to international logistics or export processes is a plus
