Job Description

The Sales Enablement Manager manages all operational support within the Sales department. This role involves leading through various sales processes, including facilitating communications between various cross-functional teams internally and externally, ensuring the seamless execution of operational processes, and contributing to execution excellence and campaign/client success.

  • Obtain proper T&Cs from contracting and sending to the agency for IO insertion.
  • Process all IOs, ensuring details are accurate and processed through sales operations and contracts.
  • Liaise with the agency on IO revisions & errors to obtain correct paperwork.
  • Work with Marketing Solutions to process post-sale changes.
  • Collaborate with program marketing, analytics and planning to confirm actual delivery on all programs.
  • Work with Billing on invoicing for completed programs.
  • Check RFI against IO and Salesforce for accuracy.
  • Work with the agency on RFI discrepancies and align on final numbers.
  • Process RIOs and ensure information is accurate.
  • Work with billing on any invoicing discrepancies and obtain revised invoices.
  • Confirm targeting requests with the agency, download new target lists, and share with Medscape Targeting Specialist for matching through Salesforce.
  • Liaise with Medscape Targeting Specialist on matches to ensure accuracy, resolve errors, and track lists.
  • Approve universe summaries prior to program execution and ensure targeting accuracy.
  • Facilitate list swap requests through communication with agency and internal collaboration.
  • Join weekly calls for media and program pacing and work with sales team to identify opportunities or risks.
  • Obtain monthly aggregate reporting and check metrics against benchmarks, escalate delivery issues.
  • Collaborate with sales to summarize metrics, optimizations, and recommendations for distribution to agency.
  • Liaise with client and internal teams on data discrepancies and needs.
  • Ensure all values are entered in on PHM value tracker as appropriate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in account and operations management.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Job Summary: The Sales Enablement Manager manages all operational support within the Sales department. Key Responsibilities:

Insertion Orders

  • Upon sales close, obtain proper T&Cs from contracting and sending to the agency for IO insertion.
  • Processing of all IOs, including ensuring details (guarantees, rates, costs, and terms) are accurate and processed through sales operations and contracts.
  • Liaise with the agency on IO revisions & errors, following up succinctly to obtain correct paperwork and processing internally.
  • Work with Marketing Solutions to process post-sale changes, as needed.

RFI & Billing:

  • Work collaboratively with program marketing, analytics and planning to confirm actual delivery on all programs and with Billing on invoicing for completed programs.
  • Check RFI against IO and Salesforce to ensure accuracy
  • Work with the agency on RFI discrepancies and align on final numbers
  • Process RIOs as above, and ensure information is accurate
  • Work with billing on any invoicing discrepancies and obtain revised invoices to pass to the agency
  • Work with Marketing Solutions to process post-sale changes, as needed.

Target List Management:

  • Confirm targeting requests with the agency, download new target lists, and share with Medscape Targeting Specialist for matching through Salesforce.
  • Liaise with Medscape Targeting Specialist on matches to ensure the accuracy of the match, resolve matching errors, and tracking the list before sending a summary to the agency.
  • Approve universe summaries prior to program execution and ensure targeting accuracy with client needs.
  • Facilitate list swap requests through communication with agency and collaborating internally across Medscape Targeting Specialist, Account and Planning to track & execute list swaps for all campaigns.
  • Work with Marketing Solutions to process post sale changes, as needed.

Reporting/Pacing

  • Join weekly calls for media and program pacing and work with sales team to identify and pursue areas of opportunity or risk.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to obtain monthly aggregate reporting and checking all metrics against benchmarks, highlight/escalate glaring delivery issues to sales.
  • Collaborate with sales to summarize metrics, optimizations, and recommendations (i.e. upsell opportunities) and distribute to agency
  • Work with Marketing Solutions to process post sale changes, as needed.

Data

  • Liaise with client and internal teams on data discrepancies and needs
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all values are entered in on PHM value tracker as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in account and operations management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with IO terms and sales operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Work Environment:

  • This role requires a balance of remote and on-site work, with flexibility to accommodate team needs.

Comp Range: $72,000 to $82,000 Depending on Experience

This position is also eligible for a commission plan, based upon personal sales goals and results achieved
