The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end management of pitches, proposals, and RFPs to drive new business development. This role involves overseeing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, curating content, and supporting enterprise lead management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, strategic, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, acting as a central resource and contributing to company growth. Key responsibilities include developing project timelines, managing RFP responses and pitch materials, collaborating with various departments, facilitating meetings, creating and managing content assets, and supporting inbound lead management through CRM platforms.

- Experience with Pardot/Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
