Job Description

The Sales Planner will work in partnership with the Sales team to understand client objectives and needs. They will also develop a strong understanding of WebMD media products and assist the Sales team with RFPs and client-facing decks. Other responsibilities include planning and reserving media, obtaining creative/3rd party tags, developing internal relationships and effectively communicating program details to internal operation teams, providing ongoing campaign management to ensure revenue is maximized, and performing analysis & optimizations to ensure the proper delivery of contracted goals/program pacing and reporting.

  • Salesforce, DART, Sizmek, Prisma experience
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree or 7 years’ experience
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure
  • Understanding of third-party advertising tags
  • Proactive, results-oriented with strong customer service skills
  • 1-3 years’ experience in media planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel
  • Knowledgeable of digital advertising trends

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 7 years’ experience
  • Ability to multi-task and function well under pressure and tight delivery timeframes
  • Understanding of third-party advertising tags and reporting
  • Proactive, results-oriented with strong customer service skills
  • 1-3 years’ experience in agency or publisher environment with media planning responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel
  • Knowledgeable of the latest digital advertising trends and online media
  • Salesforce, DART, Sizmek, Prisma experience a plus
