Eurofins Umwelt Südwest GmbH is seeking a full-time Sales Representative (m/f/d) Internal Sales / Consultant in Trier. In this role, you will advise existing and new customers on analysis services, sampling, and analytical requirements, develop customized offers, and clarify parameters with lab management. You will also contribute to pricing and ensure comprehensive customer support, collaborating closely with various departments to provide optimal solutions.

Must have:

Advise existing and new customers on analysis services, sampling, and analytical requirements.
Develop customized and customer-oriented offers.
Clarify test parameters and methods directly with laboratory and test management.
Actively participate in pricing, calculation, and standardization of offers.
Maintain customer support even after order receipt.
Collaborate closely with laboratory, test management, and sampling planning for optimal solutions.

Good to have:

English language skills

As a technical Consultant (m/f/d), you advise existing and new customers on analysis services, sampling, and analytical requirements.
You develop individual offers – precise and customer-oriented.
You clarify test parameters and methods directly with laboratory management and test management.
You actively contribute to the pricing, calculation, and standardization of offers.
Even after order receipt, you stay on the ball – for comprehensive customer support.
You work closely with the laboratory, test management, and sampling planning to ensure optimal solutions.

Qualifications

You have a university degree or a completed scientific or commercial education.
Experience in environmental analytics, laboratory services, or customer support is an advantage.
Your working style is structured and solution-oriented, coupled with strong organizational skills.
You are proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office and master the technical preparation of services.
You communicate clearly and customer-oriented – both within the team and with various departments; good German language skills are a prerequisite, English language skills are a plus.
