The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect will lead high-priority platform implementation projects and ongoing platform support across marketing automation, journey orchestration, CDP, loyalty, and other management platforms. This role involves working with a cross-functional team of developers, solution architects, marketing strategists, and digital marketing specialists to bring digital customer experiences to life. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, flexible, and possess a strong affinity for data and process. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving digital transformation environment within a stable and growing company.
We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to lead high-priority platform implementation projects and ongoing platform support across marketing automation, journey orchestration, CDP, loyalty and other management platforms.
This position sits within our Salesforce Competency Development Center, but will regularly interface with a large, cross-functional team of developers, solution architects, marketing strategists, and digital marketing specialists to help bring digital customer experiences to life. The ideal candidate is dynamic and flexible, with a strong affinity for data and process.
