Job Summary
Job Description
The job involves managing and coordinating development projects within the Sandbox environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing the project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining quality standards. The role requires collaboration with various teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to align on project goals and deliverables. The PM will also be responsible for risk management, resource allocation, and communication. The work location is Smilegate Campus (344 Pangyo-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do). Note that the workplace is subject to change due to internal company circumstances. The selection process includes online personality tests before and after the first interview, and the schedule and steps may change based on circumstances. Candidates will be informed of the schedule and results via email or Smilegate Careers support.
