Job Description

This role involves implementing and configuring Oracle Supply Planning, customizing modules for unconstrained planning, and supporting data integration. Key responsibilities include leading business requirement gathering, designing robust solutions for Supply Planning and Demand Management, and ensuring seamless integration. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning and Demand Management, strong SCM principles, and experience with data mapping and cross-functional collaboration.
Must Have:
  • Implement and configure Oracle Supply Planning to meet business needs.
  • Customize Oracle Supply Planning modules for unconstrained planning scenarios.
  • Support data integration between Oracle Supply Planning and existing systems.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide post-go-live support to end-users.
  • Lead business requirement gathering and translate them into Oracle Supply Planning/Demand Management solutions.
  • Design robust and scalable solutions for Supply Planning and Demand Management.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and customizations.
  • Plan and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Create user-friendly documentation and training materials.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance, including system health checks and upgrades.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning and Demand Management modules.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) principles and processes.
  • Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and data transformation.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, IT, and business teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead client workshops, solution design, and implementation activities.
  • Familiarity with trade and supply-chain-management software.
