Job Description
As a Software Development Engineer Intern at Upstox, you will be involved in product engineering, collaborating with world-class development teams to develop globally distributed products. You will solve complex problems using engineering principles, innovate by integrating new technologies, and address technical challenges. The role requires transforming concepts into new technologies and services. Key responsibilities include applying sound engineering principles to solve problems, integrating new technologies, and evaluating feedback to improve solutions. The intern should be available for a 6-month internship starting immediately. The company aims to simplify trading and investing for everyone. They offer a platform to invest in Stocks, IPOs, Mutual Funds, and more.
Must have:
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Node.js, C++, C#, Python).
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Familiarity with Database Management System (DBMS) concepts.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
- Availability for a 6-month internship starting immediately.
Good to have:
- Hands-on experience with SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with AWS technologies is a plus

3 Evaluate feedback and apply industry-standard or internal best practices to address technical or cognitive challenges.
Skills Required:
1 Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Node.js, C++, C#, Python).
2 Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
3 Familiarity with Database Management System (DBMS) concepts.
4 Hands-on experience with SQL is a plus.
5 Familiarity with AWS technologies is a plus
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, specifically in Computer Science.
Demonstrable knowledge of computing fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
Availability for a 6-month internship starting immediately
