Job Description

The Search Specialist at gTech Ads Solutions will develop and apply market knowledge to offer optimal solutions for client challenges. They'll work with clients to create holistic media strategies driving performance and investment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key for account growth. Responsibilities include managing a book of business, driving conversations on measurement and attribution, and working through the business cycle (planning, pitching, implementation, and optimization) with in-country teams. Fluency in English and Spanish is required for client relationship management. Expertise in Google Ads (Search & YouTube) or SA360 is preferred. The role involves leveraging data analysis to identify significant patterns and taking ownership of accounts, deliverables, and KPIs.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting or media specific industry.
  • Effective project management skills with ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.
  • Ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance.
  • Ability to take ownership of accounts, deliverables, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Expertise in campaign management for Google Ads (e.g. Search & YouTube) or SA360.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools, in preparation to offer the best solution for our clients' business challenges.
  • Dive into the client’s business objectives and work with them to lead the conversation on a holistic media strategy to drive performance and the right investment.
  • Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short- and long-term account growth.
  • Drive conversations on measurement and attribution (along with the Measurement and Attribution specialists) of Search media.
  • Manage a book of business, working across the business cycle with in-country teams (e.g., plan, pitch, implement, and optimize).
