Job Description

The Senior Account Sales role involves being the primary contact for customer accounts, developing and executing account plans, and managing sales orders. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, coordinating internal and external resources, and contributing to marketing strategies. The role requires systematic analysis and reporting of sales results, market trends, and competition. The position is within the Philips Health System in Taiwan and requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or related.
  • Minimum 3 years sales and marketing experience in healthcare or medical devices.
  • Good execution capability and strong desire for success.
  • Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English and Chinese.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Join the highly successful sales team of Philips Health System while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast paced, and multinational environment of Philips Taiwan.

You are responsible for

  • Acts as a single point of contact for customer accounts for Philips product portfolio.
  • Prepares the tactical account plan in line with account strategy in the region and implements the sales strategy. Responsible for filling the funnel management tool (SFDC).
  • Accountable for achieving budgeted sales volumes, prices and profit margin and sales forecast at a specified number of customers and accountable for managing the sales orders .
  • Coordinates internal and external resources to obtain objectives involving local sales force and marketing support (e.g. Product Sales Specialist, Clinical Application Specialist, Project Manager  , MarComs and/or Customer Service).
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies.
  • Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends.

You are a part of

Professional talent in Sales team, playing the key role in Philips Health System Taiwan for transformation journey. You will direct report to Health System Sales Manager of Taiwan.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above major in Science, Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales & Marketing area from healthcare / medical device industry.
  • Good execution capability and strong desire for success
  • Excellent communications skills with pragmatic attitude in align with customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent oral and written skills on English and Chinese
