Job Description

As a Senior Account Sales, you will communicate with key hospital clients, collaborate with different departments to fully explore their strengths, supported by objective theoretical evidence, and promote Philips imaging products in a way that is acceptable and inspiring to the clinical users of hospitals. Your responsibilities include gathering customer information and potential needs, submitting project reports, order forecasts, and other relevant reports on time, controlling and managing sales costs, and providing corresponding product and service, technical, and business support to meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for understanding and implementing the company's market strategies and sales plans, gathering and reporting market and competitor information, assisting in the execution of marketing activities and marketing strategies, and completing sales plans. Additionally, you will develop, establish, and maintain good relationships and cooperation with major clients, and strive to improve the win rate and market share of projects. You will also build and maintain good relationships with important experts, and maintain the show-site in your area to positively influence the market.

您的职责是

  • 搜集客户信息及潜在需求,按时提交项目报告、订单预测及其它相关报告并控制及管理销售成本,并提供相应的产品和服务、技术及商务支持,满足客户的需求。

  • 理解并执行公司的市场策略和销售计划,搜集汇报市场及竞争对手信息,协助执行市场推广活动及营销策略,完成销售计划。

  • 负责开发、建立和维护与大客户的良好关系与合作。

  • 推动并努力提高项目的赢率和市场占有率。

  • 建立并维护与重要专家的良好关系,维护好所辖区域内的show-site,对市场产生积极的影响。

您隶属部门的架构和文化

该职位是销售部门,您将常驻贵州地区,向西南区域销售总监汇报。通过展示飞利浦影像产品的临床性能及特色并市场化,用于市场推广和宣传。在指定区域内与其他部门配合共同完成公司下达的业绩指标。
