Senior Automation QA Engineer needed for a growing team working on a cloud-based facilities management solution. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining automated test cases using Robot Framework, designing and implementing test automation frameworks for API and UI testing, writing custom Python libraries, collaborating with the development team, mentoring junior QA members, participating in code reviews, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and generating detailed test reports. Requires 5+ years of web application testing experience with a focus on automation and performance testing, at least 4+ years of hands-on experience with Robot Framework, and strong understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe). Excellent communication and mentorship skills are essential.

We are looking for a talented Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our growing team, working on an innovative cloud-based facilities management solution. If you're passionate about ensuring high-quality software and enjoy mentoring junior team members, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain automated test cases using Robot Framework for functionality, integration, and regression testing.
- Design and implement test automation frameworks for both API and UI testing, leveraging Robot Framework’s keyword-driven approach.
- Write custom Python libraries to extend Robot Framework for specific testing needs.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features.
- Mentor junior QA team members, promoting best practices in automation and performance testing.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of test code.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Generate and maintain detailed test reports, logs, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in web application testing, with a focus on automation and performance testing.
- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience with automation QA, specifically using Robot Framework.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SAFe, and test management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven ability to mentor junior QA team members and drive quality standards.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Python or Java.
- Familiarity with MS Azure.
