In technology delivery, you will focus on implementing and delivering innovative technology solutions to clients, enabling seamless integration and efficient project execution. You will manage the end-to-end delivery process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Innovative Solution Development: Apply your deep understanding of full stack development to create cutting-edge web and mobile applications that incorporate AI and data analytics, driving innovation in our Deals services.
• Work collaboratively with the Deals client teams to understand strategic objectives and translate these into actionable development initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader goals.
• Engage in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and providing robust, scalable solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly those related to AI, to continuously improve our development practices and solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Ensure the highest standards of security and privacy are maintained in all developed solutions, in line with our commitment to client confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with a portfolio that showcases web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Tanstack) and back-end languages/frameworks (Node.js, NestJS, experience with Python preferable).
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, demonstrating the ability to incorporate these into practical applications.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (Git, JIRA).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit, especially in working closely with the Deals Transformation team to align development projects with strategic objectives.
