Overview
Senior Client Lead
Publicis Groupe is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Client Lead to lead a client portfolio of local and international clients.
You will play a pivotal role in forging robust partnerships, motivating your team, and guaranteeing exceptional delivery and client satisfaction.
The Role
As a Senior Client Lead, you play a pivotal role in leading and developing strategic media solutions that drive business impact for our clients. You are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of media planning and execution, ensuring quality, innovation and commerciality across campaigns. Acting as the senior day-to-day lead, you build strong client relationships and steer multidisciplinary teams toward shared goals.
You bring deep media knowledge and act as a mentor to more junior team members. You’re comfortable navigating complex client needs, ensuring we deliver best-in-class work that reflects both the client’s ambitions and our agency’s high standards.

What you’ll do
- Act as the senior strategic lead across one or more key client accounts, translating client business goals into actionable media strategies.
- Own the full campaign lifecycle - from interpreting briefs and setting KPIs to execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Lead the development of data-driven media recommendations grounded in insights, performance data, and market trends.
- Serve as the client’s trusted advisor on all media-related matters, proactively identifying opportunities and challenges.
- Manage financial oversight of accounts, including budget planning, cost control, and invoicing in line with client contracts.
- Ensure consistent use of media agency tools, templates, and processes to deliver high-quality work and maintain internal compliance.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless campaign planning and execution.
- Contribute to new business opportunities and pitches.

What you bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning, client service, or digital marketing, ideally within a media agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of media strategy, digital activation, measurement frameworks, and campaign reporting.
- Skilled in media finance processes including budgeting, invoicing, and reconciliations.
