Must Have:
  • Become a trusted partner for the client, developing solid relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee media strategies and operations for existing clients, guiding dedicated teams and interacting with all necessary stakeholders and contributors to deliver effective and complete outputs.
  • Build brilliant and effective strategies for pitches and/or new business.
  • Develop solid and continuous relationships with publishers and suppliers.
  • +7 years of experience within Media agencies.
  • Strategic mindset, approach and thinking.
  • Solid offline media background.
  • High TV planning management skills.
  • Solid skills in understanding, managing and suggesting TV (video) logics.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • High project management skills.
  • Ability to find solutions through synthesis and mediation, focusing on collaboration and transversality rather than a top-down hierarchical approach.
  • Empathy and collaboration skills.
  • Entrepreneurial approach: clear vision and direction, ability to involve the right people and guide them towards the goal.
  • Fluent English.
