Good To Have:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier), AI, 3D modeling, and rendering software.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like COR, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
Must Have:
  • Lead the creation and development of innovative and strategic concepts.
  • Direct and supervise creative teams, including designers and art directors.
  • Manage briefs for follow-up and execution.
  • Manage and monitor creative projects to ensure compliance with account requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures.
  • 5 years of experience in a creative director role with advertising and marketing agencies.
  • Skills in customer service, analysis, organization, negotiation, and project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description

At Publicis Groupe / Medellín – Colombia, we are looking for a Creative Director with a Graphic focus. With 5 years of experience in the role with advertising and marketing agencies, their mission will focus on the artistic and conceptual direction of advertising campaigns for different brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and development of innovative and strategic concepts, ensuring they align with the client's brand vision and values.
  • Direct and supervise creative teams, including designers and art directors, providing guidance and ensuring project delivery.
  • Promote team participation in industry awards and festivals.
  • Brief management for follow-up and execution.
  • Manage and monitor creative projects, ensuring their compliance with the requirements of assigned accounts.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, as well as new technologies and platforms, to integrate fresh and innovative approaches into creative work.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.

Qualifications

  • Skills in customer service, analysis, organization, negotiation, and project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.
  • Experience in creating award-winning and internationally recognized campaigns, preferably with awards at festivals such as Cannes Lions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier), AI, 3D modeling and rendering software, related to their area of performance, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as COR, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
