  • Understand and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategy as needed
  • Interact with media clients, creative agencies, media providers, and internal support areas
  • Maintain constant client communication, effectively conveying media proposals and strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge of tools like TGI, GWI, IWKS, Instar, TOM Micro
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Intermediate handling of Meta Business Manager and Google AdWords

Job Description

In Bogotá/Medellín – Colombia, we are looking for a Media Planner with 3 years of experience in the role with advertising and marketing agencies. Their mission will focus on building Full Funnel media strategies that maximize the impact of client campaigns by proposing the most suitable strategies for each medium, aligned with business objectives and needs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand advertising campaign objectives.
  • Build Full Funnel media plans and execute them with the teams, ensuring the selection of appropriate media for campaigns, both ATL and digital, among others.
  • Manage advertising campaigns, including tracking, requests, and organization of activities with different teams.
  • Understand and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategy as necessary.
  • Interact with media clients, creative agencies, media providers, and internal support areas of the agency.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients, effectively conveying media proposals and advertising strategies, and ensuring a positive and collaborative relationship with the client.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of tools such as TGI, GWI, IWKS, Instar, TOM Micro and skills in Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate handling of tools such as Meta Business Manager and Google AdWords. It's a plus if you have digital certificates in Google, Meta, or others.
