Job Description
We are looking for a to support the strategic development and execution of commerce initiatives. This role will work closely with the Commerce Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver consumer-centric and data-driven strategies through digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop commerce strategies tailored to specific markets, platforms, and consumer segments.
- Analyze performance data and consumer insights to optimize campaigns and guide future planning.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and technology teams to ensure cohesive and effective commerce experiences.
- Support the development of strategies for retail e-commerce (eRetail), direct-to-consumer (DTC), and commerce platforms.
- Contribute to client presentations, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify innovation opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital strategy, commerce, or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, eRetail dashboards).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail brands is desirable.
