Job Description
In Medellín – Colombia, we are looking for a Media Coordinator. With more than 4 years of experience in the role with advertising and marketing agencies, their mission will focus on coordinating campaign planning, oriented towards client objectives, as well as monitoring and verifying the fulfillment of critical KPIs for the success of these, ensuring optimal management of the assigned budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of campaigns across different platforms, including Search, Social, and Programmatic.
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and optimization of offline and online media strategies, aligned with client objectives.
- Coordinate and supervise internal teams and support areas to ensure correct campaign execution.
- Guarantee compliance with deadlines and the quality of work delivered by the team.
- Generate detailed reports that reflect the achievement of objectives and propose data-based improvements.
- Act as the main point of contact with the client, ensuring fluid communication and a clear understanding of their needs.
- Present campaign reports and results, as well as strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
- Propose and execute continuous improvements to maximize the impact of campaigns in the market.
- Monitor and analyze monthly KPIs to ensure compliance with strategic objectives for both the areas in charge and the business.
- Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of digital tools (Search, Social, and Programmatic) and others such as IBOPE, ECAR, COMSCORE, ADMETRIX, TGI, META, GOOGLE.
- It's a plus if you have digital certifications in Google, Meta, or others.
- Advanced knowledge in the activation of digital ecosystems, including Display, Mobile, Video, Audio, and DOOH.
- Skill in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, focused on awareness and specialized in performance.
