We are seeking a skilled Senior Designer to join our creative team, which comprises illustrators, animators, photographers, videographers, coders, and brand builders focused on creating engaging content for major brands. In this role, you will collaborate with specialists across various departments, including Insights, Community, and Strategy, to deliver innovative, social-first campaigns. A deep understanding of the latest platform features, production techniques, and audience trends is crucial. You should be a creative, collaborative individual with a passion for design and storytelling, capable of developing compelling visual narratives. The position involves leading creative output for a significant tech brand, managing campaign production, overseeing retainer content, and mentoring junior designers. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing integrated campaigns, driving ideation, providing art direction for social content incorporating motion graphics, photography, and video, and ensuring the quality of work produced by the team. You will also stay current with social media trends, lead team members, collaborate with client service and community teams, present work to clients, and contribute to business development pitches.

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Designer to join our team. We are a tight knit team of illustrators & animators, photographers & videographers, coders & brand builders who create thumb-smashing content for some of the biggest brands in the world.

You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Insights, to Community, to Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients. Our Conversational Creative relies on innovation, through a deep knowledge of the latest platform features and production techniques, combined with an acute understanding of what people are talking about and why it's important to them and their communities.

To be a part of the Creative team, you must be a pixel loving, idea generating, creative collaborator who likes to tell stories that move.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be tasked with owning and leading the creative output on an account with a major tech brand, producing campaigns, overseeing retainer content and developing our team with your impressive design knowledge.

Conceptualize, scope in and implement complex integrated campaigns
Lead innovative ideation and foster confidence within the design team
Deliver campaign and brand development, overseeing retainer workflow
Art direction of social content that uses motion graphics, photography and video
Hands-on creation of content through motion graphics and photography
Ownership and quality oversight of content outputted by junior members of the team
Stay up-to-date with social platforms and industry trends
Leading team members, collaborating with client service and community teams
Confidently present work and build client relationships
Work with community managers, strategists and account teams to create future thinking, bold and social-first ideas
Contribute and shape business development pitches
