Description
The Account team is a proud, powerful collective of Social Media obsessives, who are experts managing client relationships. You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Creative, Insights, to Design, and Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients.
Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, solution-oriented Account Director with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Playing equally significant internal and external roles, the successful candidate will join as an integral member of this high-profile team and will balance priorities cross-department to deliver high quality work. Plus, you will have the flexibility to work out of the New York or LA office, as needed
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 7+ years of agency experience; tech or related industry is a strong advantage
- Strong background of account management ideally within a social & influencer environment
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage direct reports and be seen as a leader to the accounts team
- Experience with working on community management projects is a bonus
