Job Summary
Job Description
Merkur Gaming India is seeking Senior Developers with 4-6 years of experience in Javascript/Typescript, HTML5 (Canvas), and CSS3. The role involves implementing game functionality, designing implementation approaches, addressing bugs, and working on new technologies. Candidates should have strong debugging skills and be well-versed in SDLC concepts. Responsibilities include project ownership, meeting deadlines, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with QA teams. A B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree is required. Experience with Phaser Gaming Engine is essential, while AngularJS, JQuery, and Node JS are considered good to have skills.
Must have:
- Implement game functionality as per design document and specification.
- Design implementation approach to take game/framework roadmap into account.
- Address bugs and other technical issues identified for subsequent release.
- Be open to work on new platforms/technologies/frameworks.
- Be well versed with SDLC concepts & best practices.
- Implement best practices within project modules.
- Responsible for production of project modules.
- Own Project ownership with support team members.
- Meet project module deadlines.
- Orient & Transition new members in the team.
- Take assigned review findings and audits findings to closure.
- Participate in Defect Prevention activities.
- Participate in Code Review, Game Reviews and audits.
- Ensure timely and complete communication within the unit.
- Perform peer reviews to ensure standard/best coding/development guidelines.
- Code development & implementation of business requirement into systems.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure quality of deliverables.
Good to have:
- AngularJS

- Node JS
- Strong analytical skills, and a good exposure to programming implementation of mathematical problems

Qualifications
- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA

- AngularJS, JQuery, Node JS (Good to have Skills).
