Must have:
  • Intune MDM and Jamf MDM expertise
  • Proficient in Mac, PowerShell and MS Graph API
  • Experience with Azure Automation and application packaging
  • Knowledge of shell scripting
  • Experience with Azure/Windows 365 virtual machines
Good to have:
  • Experience developing automation with PowerShell and Bash scripting
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
  • Experience with MS Graph API
  • Strong understanding of device security
  • Certifications in device management

Position Overview
 

Senior Device management Engineering to create the core systems and processes for the company’s key business needs, using “cloud-first” platforms and services. We are looking for a Senior Device Management Engineer with strong motivation and experience to join us. You will have a vital role in how we plan, build, and deliver automation solutions in the Mobile Device Management area which includes iOS, Android, and Windows Operating systems.

Responsibilities
 

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of device management systems, including Intune and JAMF mobile device management (MDM) other enterprise support elements as required

  • Create application packages using Microsoft Intune \ JAMF MDM. Ensure packages are compatible with various device types and operating systems

  • Develop and implement device security policies to protect company data and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Design and build Azure automation solutions to reduce manual efforts and increase worker efficiency

  • Hands on experience in device migration from On-premises to cloud

  • Hand on experience Endpoint privilege management

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and propose ways to leverage them for the benefit of the organization

  • Respond to complex incidents escalated from L1 and L2 support teams including service outages and degradations

Minimum Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 5 – 7 years of Hands-on experience in MDM Tools such as Intune, and Jamf

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences with proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams

  • Primary Skills (Must-have): Intune MDM, Jamf MDM,Mac, PowerShell, MS Graph api, Azure Automation, Application packaging. shell scripting, Azure \ Windows 365 Virtual machine

  • Secondary Skills (Good-to-have): MS Defender, Security Copilot

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Hand on Experience of developing automation using PowerShell and  Bash scripting

  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure device compatibility and integration with existing software and infrastructure

  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

  • Hands-on experience in MS Graph API to integrate various Microsoft services (like Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune) and other third-party applications for enhanced functionality

  • Strong understanding of device security principles and best practices

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally within and outside of the team

  • Professional certifications in device management or related fields would be an advantage
